EXECUTIVE PROFILES
Carl Peterson – M.Sc(Hons), P.G. Dip. Bus. Man.
Carl is Managing Director of Clavell and was a foundation NZX broker. He is a member of the CFA Institute, Institute of Directors in New Zealand (Inc), Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand Inc. (INFINZ) and a Director of The New Zealand Wine Fund Limited.
Carl has a strong analytical background, including post graduate qualifications in business management from Otago University and the London Business School, as well as significant merchant banking and sharebroking experience.
Annette Munro – B.Com
Annette recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accountancy,
at Auckland University. Annette joined Clavell in 1998 and has worked in
a number of roles including company administration, compliance, due diligence
and analysis.
Prior to joining Clavell, Annette gained considerable commercial/company secretarial experience working alongside senior executives at Staples Rodway and Corporate Investments Limited.
Trevor Kerr - B Com, ACA, ACIS, AFInstD (Consultant)
Trevor is Chairman of Cerebos Australia Pty Limited, Cerebos Gregg’s Limited
and Dominion Salt Limited. He is also a director of a number of other New
Zealand companies including AMI Insurance Limited and Taylors Group Limited.
Trevor has been involved with Clavell Capital since 1994 and has had significant transactional, operational, restructuring and corporate mentoring experience. Prior to Clavell Capital, he had a wide range of experience as the CEO of a number of New Zealand companies. This experience included a period as an Operations Executive with Brierley Investments Limited and as Managing Director of Skellerup Industries Limited.
